I've been trying dishes like Karntner Brennsupp, which is seasoned with marjoram and includes an egg. A local specialty is Gelbe Supp'n (yellow soup) made with mutton, beef and pork and enriched with saffron, feedback, cinnamon and nutmeg - BKK. They are ok. Services are also good. Try Waldtratte Bergrestaurant, the Nockalmhutte, the Rossalmhutte.
