Latest Traveler Review: My husband and I had a great time celebrating our anniversary on the Odyssey in September. We found the real strengths of the experience to be: the service, the views and the live entertainment. Our server was professional, observant and thoughtful--giving us as much time as we desired to roam the deck between courses, and being observant enough not to deliver courses to our table during those times. She offered to take pictures of us, made us comfortable and announced our celebration to the band, which announced it during the entertainment. The views were classic DC at night (not much more that I need to say on that front). The entertainment was a lot of fun--2 singers and a band performing popular covers that got most everybody up to dance at one point or another. The food was also quite tasty. The most impressive course was the main course-I had the pork and my husband the ribs. Both plates were excellent. The other courses were not as flavorful, but were plated beautifully and could not in anyway be considered bad. Dessert was just 'okay' (I reccomend avoiding the bread pudding which was not tasty), but we really enjoyed the chocolate covered strawberries that were brought around.
