Latest Traveler Review: Old west saloon, pubby sort of atmosphere with mostly wooden booths and dim lighting, right near the busy corner of Wisconsin and M, in the heart of G'town. Wait staff are usually college age students, so some are better than others -- and the good ones learn that getting tips requires better service. But good prices, good food, great location make this a place we stop by at least once a month.Love the fried green tomotoes appetizer, and the corn bread and buttermilk bisquits proceeding the meal are yummy and come with regular or homemade honey butter. I like their salads, good homemade dressings. BBQ pork, ribs, etc sandwiches also good. Decent house beers and rootbeer, as well.Nothing fancy, but good eats, (relatively) cheap!
