The ambiance was lovely and pleasant, The dessert and coffee was great and The waiter staff was so professional and the service was terrific. In addition reasonably priced for the location. I was very impressed with the atmosphere and menu. It made a big difference in experience and the way one was dealt with by the staff. It helps to just be gracious and friendly, and relaxing. While the food was good as we all remembered. Lamb brains and homemade Toulousse sausage were just 2 of the selections from a gracious list of unique daily specials If you do not like traditional French country food, not everything on the menu will appeal to you but I'm sure you will find plenty of options that you can enjoy. They have several Languedoc wines available by the carafe as they do in France. I recommend this restaurant for couples, for a small, quiet group of friends.
