The only reason to eat at I'm Angus Steakhouse is for a view of the harbor. My party ordered a mix of seafood and steaks all of which was disappointing and overpriced. The steaks were dry and flavorless; and while the fish itself was of decent quality, the sauces and seasonings were bland and lead to the overall meal being only alright. Most irritating was one shrimp I received was starting to go bad and completely mushy.
Even the service was poor quality. They take advantage of the wealthy tourists who don't know any better; don't let that be you.
