Latest Traveler Review: Located on the first floor in the beautiful Sheraton on the Park Hotel, in the heart of Sydney's CBD. Overlooking Hyde Park in Sydney's CBD, this restaurant offers a modern and refined spin on the steakhouse tradition. The menu includes dishes that use grain-fed aged, full-blooded wagyu and Red Angus beef; seafood dishes are also on offer, including blue swimmer crab cannelloni with roasted king prawns and chilli tomato concasse. The service stands out here, best service in any restaurant I have been too. Food was great as well, overall a lovely night of fine dining. We had the 2 signature dishes, the Flambe Wagyu and Barramundi also had the Pork Belly and Peppered Tuna which was all sumptuous. The dishes were presented beautifully and were sumptuous to eat. For dessert, try the the passion-fruit brulee with vanilla tuiles. A bit expensive but is worth!
