Latest Traveler Review: The Palisade Hotel is in Sydney's most historic location. This hotel is really impressive. And the accommodation with fantastic views, great value and a short walk away from many of Sydney's major attractions.The food is great and various . In particular, I love Chicken liver parfait with honey muscatels and vincotto and Crisp chat potatoes, salt flakes & rosemary. And the drink is cool with Chocolate ice cream and Licorice ice-cream. The price was reasonable, worth it.
