Latest Traveler Review: This place made me curious about its name -Level Three so I decided to chose this for dinner with my friends last week . We arrived and waited 15 minutes for menus, despite being virtually the only people in the restaurant. The food was pretty good, the wine list dreadful. One dish came out cold inside and had to be sent back. We then waited 15 minutes after we had finished to have the reheated ones. The price was reasonable, too.
