Latest Traveler Review: I love Asian food very much I have ever come to Vietnam and love noodle here. Hobart Noodle is my authentic place for this kind of food. There are some kinds of special noodle and I can choose my style of noodles (udon, Hokkien, green tea, pumpkin or buckwheat) and then make your choice of 11 different sauces, each dish then stir-fried with vegetables and tofu. In addition, the staff are great with an enthusiastic and friendly staff. The price was a little expensive bur worth money.
