Latest Traveler Review: This is the best Japanese in Hobart. Aki Umenura, as "unique", quality, affordable Japanese food. An average cafe style Japanese restaurant. The staff were polite and attentive, the ambience as expected for a shop in a shopping arcade, but for a city that is supposed to have the best seafood and produce in Australia, the Sushimi was wanting, the fresh sashimi and sushi, while other offerings include simple miso broth with luscious cubes of silken tofu. Good value and I will come back!
